Molecular Beam Epitaxy
Molecular Beam Epitaxy, otherwise known as MBE, is a material deposition technology in which molecules are evaporated onto a wafer surface, stacking layer by layer to form high quality crystal films.
Install a CryoWorks Vent Heater on the gas vent outlet of a CryoWorks Keepfull Vent Device. The general purpose for the Vent Heater is for outdoor venting or ventline termination in a large enclosed area with proper air exchange. Our heater provides an ice-free termination, minimizing safety hazards such as falling ice, water drips, large ice accumulation, and roof damage. The protective outer mesh shields personnel from the high-temperature heater located at the vent.
Install a CryoWorks Ambient Vent Line Heater (AVLH) on the gas vent outlet of a CryoWorks Keepfull Vent Device. The general purpose for the AVLH is for indoor use where the cold discharge gas needs to be warmed prior to venting. Typically used for long-distance vent lines to eliminate the need for insulation or for venting into exhaust ducts. Our AVLH provides an ice-free (ambient temperature) vent gas, minimizing safety hazards such as falling ice, water drips, large ice accumulation, and roof damage.
